All payments made to AzorX are non-refundable.This includes, but is not limited to:
Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, or yearly)
One-time setup or onboarding charges
Customization, training, or consulting services
Once a payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, regardless of usage or perceived outcomes.
To ensure clarity before making a purchase:
We offer live demo sessions or clarity calls before you subscribe.
In some cases, we may provide limited access or trial features for evaluation.
We strongly recommend using these resources before making a payment.
Refunds may be issued only under the following exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of AzorX management:
Duplicate payment made due to technical error
Transaction failure where the payment was debited but not received.
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please email care@azorx.in within 3 days of the transaction with proof of payment and a detailed explanation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time or early cancellations.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
